Return Policy

Returns

Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. We do NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning your item, AND purchasing the new item(s) that you need. We do not have markups in our items to cover shipping charges.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF BEING DELIVERED.

If you feel you have received the wrong item or damaged product, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.  We will cover the return cost. Please contact us at shop@blissfullifestyleboutique.com

If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item and same size (if available), if not you will receive a store credit.   

To be eligible for a defective item exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

We do not offer Refunds. Store Credit/Gift Card will be issued for the cost of the item only.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
